This Terms of Use page declares the terms and conditions (the "Terms" and "Agreements") under which visitors may use the Web Site. By accessing the Web Site you accept and agree to be bound, without limitation or qualification, by these Terms. If you do not accept any of the Terms stated here, do not use the Web Site. CTB may, at its discretion, modify or revise these Terms at any time by updating the content contained herein.

The material contained in this Web Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, illustrations, artwork, names, logos, trademarks, and service marks ("Material") are protected by copyright and other laws in Canada and elsewhere. The Material includes both content owned by CTB and content owned or controlled by third parties who have sold, gifted, or licensed content or site architecture to CTB.
CTB authorizes you to view and download a single copy of the Material on the Web Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use. However, you may not sell, modify the Material or reproduce the Material in any way, in whole or in part, for any public or commercial purpose without the previous written permission of CTB.
Failure to secure written permission by CTB, in advance is a violation of these Terms.

The Web Site and Material contained herein, are provided on an "as is" basis. We imply no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied. CTB and its content suppliers and sources disclaim all warranties allowed by law including, but not limited to, warranties of title and non-infringement of proprietary or third party rights. CTB and its content suppliers and sources make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness or timeliness of the material.
CTB does not warrant that the Web Site and any associated Materials will operate error-free or that this web site or their servers are free of computer viruses and/or other harmful items. If your use of the Web Site or the Material results in the need for servicing or replacing equipment or data, CTB, its third-party suppliers and sources are not responsible for those costs.
CTB will not be held liable for any third-party software, including but not limited to, the software, template and general architecture used by this Web Site.
